Thank you for inquiring about booking your special event or corporate function at Amigos.
Following is important information regarding large groups of 11 or more people at Amigos.
Confirmation
-All groups must confirm numbers 24 hours prior to the evening. If you fail to confirm and we cannot contact you, your booking will be cancelled.
Deposits
-A deposit of $10.00 per head will be required for groups larger than 20 people on Saturday Nights, payable 1 week in advance to ensure your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this date then the deposit will not be refunded. Otherwise please refer to no shows policy below.
-A leeway of three ‘no shows’ will be allowed on confirmed numbers. Above three a $10.00 per head charge will apply. E.g. If you book for 20 and show up with 16, a $40 surcharge will apply.
Other points
-If your group is larger than 35 people on Friday and Saturday nights and you want an area exclusive to yourselves you must pay for a minimum of 50 people at $30 per head.
-Amigos should be advised immediately if the numbers of your party change by more than 5 people so the most suitable area of the restaurant can be allocated.
-Please notify us on making your booking if there are any special dietary requirements.
