Fiesta Tequila Night
WOW, what an awesome night we had on 12 August 2010. 42 enthusiastic tequila goers enjoyed an awesome atmosphere, fine tequilas and the most awesome Mexican food we've had so far.

Our next fiesta tequila night will be held on 30 September 2010.
Spots are limited to 40 guests only, so booking is essential and can be done by person at Amigos. The cost for the evening is $50 per person, and full payment is required upon booking.
We will be showcasing premium tequilas, margaritas and authentic Mexican food.

Jalapeno salted peanuts
Chicken Huaraches with jalapeno ginger cream
Pork skewers with homemade apple chutney
Clear Prawn and soft cheese soup
Chorizo, fetta and chipotle chile salad cups
Albondigas con carne with epazote dipping sauce
Chicken and pumpkin empanadas with hot corn and coriander relish
Mini peach, pecan and white chocolate chimichangas
Individual chilli chocolate cakes with white chocolate centre and Kahlua fudge
The night kicks off with a complimentary cocktail @ 6:30pm.
